Article:	Trusts Dixon to do right thing I just don’t understand Anna Sacco-Miller. She criticizes Henry Dixon for sending so many people to prison – she wants more diversion programs. Yet, she turns right around and criticizes Mr. Dixon for operating diversion programs and keeping a number of people out of prison and in recovery programs. That’s just not logical.
