FRANKLIN GROVE – Wanda Marie Yocum, 84, of Franklin Grove, passed away Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012, at Franklin Grove Living and Rehabilitation.

Wanda was born Oct. 8, 1928, in Dixon, the daughter of George and Aureola Spangler. She married Orville Yocum on July 17, 1948, in Ashton. Wanda enjoyed country music, reading, cardinals, vacationing in Branson, Mo., and going to Old Country Buffet for dinner.

She is survived by her husband, Orville, and children, Dennis (Karen) Yocum, Patricia (Mark) Forrester, Larry (Kathy) Yocum and Steven (Josie) Yocum, all of Franklin Grove; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brother, George “Pat” Spangler of Bagley, Wis.; and many nieces and nephews.
