Russell R. Plante, 60, of Geneva; 10:09 a.m. Saturday; reckless driving; given notice to appear in court.

Sterling Police

Bryce A. Quinn, 20, of Dixon; 8:30 a.m. Monday at Broadway and Fourth Street; operating an uninsured motor vehicle, speeding; posted driver’s license.

Larry D. Herron, 51, of Sterling; 3:15 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of East 23rd Street; failure to appear – criminal trespass to residence; taken to Whiteside County Jail.
