Safe sitter baby-sitting class to start Nov. 17

MENDOTA – Safe Sitter classes for youth 11 to 13 will be offered from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Nov. 17 in Conference Room C at Mendota Community Hospital.
The class teaches adolescents how to handle emergencies when caring for young children.
The cost is $35.
Registration is due Nov. 15. Scholarships are available.
Participants should bring a sack lunch. Beverages and snacks will be provided.
