Justin E. Brown, 22, of Erie; 1:43 a.m. Saturday in Morrison; illegal transportation of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Also arrested were passengers, Tommy L.J. Engelkens, 19, of Albany, consumption of alcohol by a minor, illegal transportation of alcohol; and Brennin J. Mask, 19, of Erie, consumption of alcohol by a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia. Aid provided by Morrison Police.

Monica Schultz, 29, of Rock Falls; 3:25 a.m. Saturday in Rock Falls; driving with a suspended license; given notice to appear in court.

Tiahra C. Linde, 18, of St. Charles; 5:45 p.m. Saturday on Interstate 88; speeding, 104 mph in a 65 mph zone; posted driver’s license.

Kassady M. Hannam, 18, of Erie; 10:23 p.m. Saturday in Erie; speeding, possession of alcohol by a minor; posted bond. Also arrested were Carlos A. Salazar, 20, of Rock Falls; illegal transportation of alcohol, possession of alcohol by a minor; and Samantha E. Medrano, 20, of Prophetstown; possession of alcohol.

Andrew F. Hamby, 18, of Moline; 11:31 p.m. Saturday on First Avenue Bridge; possession of alcohol by a minor.

Sterling boy; 1:10 a.m. Sunday in Sterling; no valid driver’s license – graduated license curfew; given notice to appear in court.

Gerald S. Braswell, 24, of Chicago; 1:27 a.m. Sunday in rural Erie; criminal trespass to real property; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Matthew C. Jones, 23, of Morrison; 1:59 a.m. Sunday on Bishop Road near Holly Road, rural Morrison; driving under the influence – alcohol, after losing control of his vehicle and rolling it several times. Further charges are pending after results from the Illinois State Crime Lab. Aid provided by Morrison Police, Fire and EMS departments.

Dylan Fullington, 18, of Sterling; 11:25 p.m. Sunday in Sterling; speeding, driving under the influence – drugs. Processed at Rock Falls Police Department. Released pending further results from the Illinois State Crime Lab.

Lijah Graham, 25, of Wheaton; Oct. 19; warrant – criminal damage to property; taken to Ogle County Jail.

Octavia Martin, 32, of Rochelle; Oct. 19; several warrants; taken to Ogle County Jail.

James P. Conroy, 54, of Shannon; Oct. 19; driving with a revoked license; taken to Ogle County Jail.
