Not much action in 90th District
Seat considered safe for GOP
DIXON – The general election campaign for Illinois House District 90 has been quiet.
In the last quarter – from July to September – Republican Tom Demmer raised $16,152 to Democrat Tom Boken's $1,852, according to reports filed with the state Board of Elections.
Those amounts are far less than other area races, including the 71st House race between Republican incumbent Rich Morthland and Democrat Mike Smiddy.
