Interview with state House candidate Morthland

Sauk Valley Media’s election multimedia preview coverage continued with the interview of state Rep. Rich Morthland, R-Cordova, who is seeking a second term in the 71st state House district. The campaign for his opponent, Mike Smiddy, D-Hillsdale, declined SVM’s invitation. Campaign spokesman Benjamin Head said he thinks SVM’s coverage had been biased against Smiddy.
