Donald W. Fredericks

ANTIGO, Wis. – Donald Wayne Fredericks, 72, died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012, in Antigo, Wis.

He was born Jan. 15, 1940, in LaSalle, the son of Albert Joseph Fredericks and Leona Francis (Windlan). He graduated from Amboy High School with the class of 1958. He married Donna Springer on Feb. 25, 1959, in Grand Detour. He was a meat cutter and farmer, residing in Illinois before retiring and moving to the Antigo area. He truly loved farming, and he also enjoyed woodcrafts.

Survivors include his wife of Antigo; four daughters, Karen (Kevin) Frey of Mendota, Kristeen (Joe) Philhower of Ohio, Kathy Cushman of Tomahawk, Wis., and Sandy (Don) Wearmouth of Galena; a son, Donald Andrew Fredericks of Denver; a brother, Albert Milton Fredericks of Sterling; an aunt, Geraldine Fredericks; nine grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren and cousins.
