Bond set for woman charged in shooting
SAVANNA – Bond was set at $200,000 Thursday for a Gardner, Kan. woman shot by Savanna police early Tuesday morning after hitting her companion with her car, then driving into a house.
Her infant, found in the back seat, was released to the Iowa Department of Human Services.
The unidentified man was being treated in a Rockford hospital Thursday, while Allana D. Hill, 21, and the officer who shot her were treated and released, police said.
