Article:	Prosecutor’s delays mean justice denied All right, now let me see if I’ve got this straight. The current Lee County state’s attorney, Mr. Henry Dixon, is apparently choosing to flout the laws he’s been elected to uphold on the basis that he doesn’t agree with them. I mean, that’s the only rational conclusion one could draw from this James Tegtmeyer fiasco in Ogle County.
