Here are this year's trick-or-treat hours so far. Other towns have yet to resspond to messgages left seeking their information.

Halloween falls on a Wednesday this year. All times are for Oct. 31, unless otherwise noted:

• Sterling: 4:30 to 7 p.m.

• Rock Falls: 4:30 to 7 p.m.

• Dixon: 5 to 7:30 p.m.

• Compton: 6 to 8 p.m.

• Morrison: 4 to 7 p.m.

• Ashton: 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday

• Oregon: 5 to 8 p.m.

• Polo: 5 to 8 p.m.

• Amboy: 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday

• Milledgeville: 4 to 6:30 p.m.

• Fulton: 5 to 7 p.m.
