Time to select a jury for Sheley trial
Judge denies defense motion for separate panels
MORRISON – Attorneys got a head start Friday in finding a jury to decide the fate of Nicholas T. Sheley.
Nearly 100 Whiteside County residents were called to the courthouse to report for jury duty.
Judge F. Michael Meersman introduced the attorneys, read the charges against Sheley, and let jurors know what they could expect during jury selection.
