New identity theft charges against Sterling woman
STERLING – A Sterling woman who had already been charged with identity theft faces a new charge, police say, after she used an elderly person’s personal information to receive utility services.
Bond was set Friday at $15,000 for Magan J. Fuller, 39, who is charged with aggravated identity theft.
She will have a preliminary hearing Wednesday.
