Text Size: AaAaAaAaAa

In the midst of all the local, state and national campaigning going on this election season, why not take a step back to a time more than 30 years ago when Ronald Reagan was hitting the campaign trail?

The Ronald Reagan Boyhood Home and Dixon Historic Center will host author Craig Shirley on Friday. Mr. Shirley, the author of “Rendezvous with Destiny” and “Reagan’s Revolution,” will speak at 6 p.m. about the 1976 and 1980 campaigns of President Ronald Reagan.

We would like to invite the public to join us for this free event at the Dixon Historic Center. It is recommended that you reserve your seat in advance by calling the Boyhood Home at 815-288-5176.

Note to readers – Brandi Langner is the executive director of the Ronald Reagan Boyhood Home.
