Article:	Nelson: ‘Keeping a balanced budget’ an important goal I am running for re-election to Whiteside County Board in District 2 (Coloma, Montmorency, Hume, Hahnaman, Tampico, Lyndon and Hopkins townships). I have been on the board for 13 years and have served on the judicial and financial committees. Presently, I’m the chairwoman for the health and social services committee.
