Sherry L. Freil-Emery
STANTON, Calif. – Sherry Lynn Freil-Emery, 54, of Stanton, Calif., died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012, in Denver.
She was born Feb. 23, 1958, in Dixon, the daughter of Eugene K. and Betty Ann (Foster) Freil.
She is survived by her children, Aaron (Mary) Koester of Dixon and Sherry “Missy” (Brian J. Capp) Koester of Rock Falls, and David Masterson of Florida; three grandchildren, Skye Allison, Jaycob Allison and Braylen Capp; her mother, Betty Freil of Dixon; three brothers, Neil (Caren) Freil, Jan (Marla) Freil and Dean (Janet) Freil, all of Dixon; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and special friend, Paul Kampman of Stanton.
She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene Freil.
Visitation begins at 9 a.m. and Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Anne Catholic Church in Dixon. Burial will be at St. Patrick Cemetery in Maytown.
A memorial has been established.
