New general manager hired

STERLING – Sterling Centers Inc. has named Doug Wiersema to the newly-created position of general manager.

His responsibilities include marketing and public relations at 301 W. Third St.

The announcement was made by Jim Gabler, Sterling Centers president.

Wiersema recently retired as president and CEO of Rock Falls Chamber of Commerce.

Due to its proximity to the interstate, and within an hour of Rockford and the Quad Cities, Sterling Centers is situated for warehousing and storage solutions.
