Whiteside County Sheriff Kelly Wilhelmi passes out bracelets to Mrs. Musselman’s fifth-grade students Wednesday afternoon at Washington Elementary School in Sterling. The sheriff was one of many community leaders who read to the students as part of their Unity Day celebration.
