Dixon Police

Curtis A. Ortmann, 20, of Dixon; 10:20 a.m. Thursday at Peoria Avenue and Lincoln Statue Drive; criminal defacement of property, less than $300, pollution of waterways; posted I-Bond.

Lee County Police

Underage drinking: Devin K. Gibbons, Brittany D. Vyas, and Josephine E. Emmons, all 18, and all of Amboy; 3:29, 3:43 and 3:59 a.m. Wednesday; consumption of alcohol by a minor; all given notice to appear in court. Also arrested at 2:59 and 3:19 a.m. were two 17-year-old girls for consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Martin H. Waldow, 44, of Sterling; 3:50 p.m. Wednesday in the 1400 block of 16th Avenue; DuPage County warrant – violation of an order of protection; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Jennifer R. McKay, 33, of Sterling; 9:21 p.m. Wednesday in the 2500 block of Sanborn Street; Lee County warrant – contempt; posted bond.

Lars P. Jensen, 56, of Rock Falls; 2:16 p.m. Wednesday at East Third Street and 18th Avenue; speeding; posted driver’s license.

Julie D. Gowers, 70, of Sterling; 11:39 a.m. Wednesday at East 10th Street and Third Avenue; failure to yield; posted driver’ s license.
