Vote Obama; move forward, not backward

I'm a proud supporter of President Obama, whose vision will move the country forward, not backward, and will best fulfill the American dream for all.

President Obama was dealt a terrible hand with the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression. Progress has been made: five million private-sector jobs created; auto industry up and running; tax cut for every American working; small business taxes cut 18 times. The stimulus bill created many jobs but wasn't big enough to handle the crisis.

The Affordable Healthcare Act, aka "Obamacare," is almost identical to Gov. Romney's plan in Massachusetts, alive and well, liked by its citizens. Is the act perfect? No. Changes still need to be made.

The other day, we ran a story about the Dixon Tourism Board's website, which is hard to navigate and missing key information, particularly about the Petunia Festival. Are we wasting our time examining local tourism websites?
