AMBOY – Amboy Central Elementary School’s Parent Teacher Committee’s annual Fall Festival and Fun Fair will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Oct. 20 at the school on East Provost Street.

The evening will feature a pork chop dinner with au gratin potatoes, applesauce, homemade desserts and a beverage. The cost is $6 in advance and $7 at the door.

Tickets are available from participating students. Carry-out orders and hot dog plates also will be available.

The All-Star Fun Fair in the gym will have games, crafts and activities for kids of all ages.  Students can make their own sports trophy, try their hand at hockey, practice balance on a balance beam or throw their best pitch. Each game is one 50-cent ticket. There will be prizes for everyone.

All proceeds benefit the Central School PTC. The PTC supports Central School teachers and students by purchasing classroom materials and equipment, paying portions of field trip costs, contributing to good behavior rewards and incentives and coordinating back-to-school events.
