FORRESTON – The discovery of cocaine, marijuana, prescription drugs and drug packaging materials led to the arrest Friday of two Forreston residents, Ogle County Sheriff Michael Harn said in a news release.

William A. Piper, 22, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis with intent to deliver, and unlawful use of weapons.

Tina A. Giese, 27, is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of cannabis with intent to deliver.

Both were taken to the Ogle County Jail.

Police searched a home at 211 N. Oak Ave. Friday after receiving complaints about drug dealing at the home.

During the search, deputies and Forreston Police officers found the drugs, along with a digital scale, and many drug packaging materials used to sell drugs, according to Harn’s release.

Harn encouraged residents to report suspicious activity to the sheriff’s department at 815-732-6666, or Ogle-Lee Crime Stoppers at 1-888-228-4488.
