Walter E. Brown, 49, of Amboy; 11:29 p.m. Tuesday at Mort Hinkle Way; domestic battery; taken to Lee County Jail.

William J. Hart, 63, of Ohio; 4:29 p.m. Tuesday; Illinois Department of Corrections and Whiteside County warrant; posted bond.

Zachary P. Robins, 24, of Dixon; 3:15 p.m. Monday; warrant – failure to appear – unlawful possession of a controlled substance; taken to Lee County Jail.

William E. Curry, 20, of Chicago; 11:05 p.m. Sept. 30; warrant – failure to appear – resisting a peace officer – domestic battery; taken to Lee County Jail.

Keith A. Kehl, 41, of Dixon; 4:38 p.m. Sept. 30; application to increase bond; taken to Lee County Jail.

Ogle County Sheriff

Rosanne Eisenberg, 46, of Franklin Grove; Wednesday in the 11000 block of North state Route 2; improper lane usage after drifting into the southbound lane and striking a vehicle driven by Jonathan Burke, 70, of California. Eisenberg was taken to Rockford Memorial Hospital with minor injuries; Burke and his passenger, Ann Burke, 77, also of California, were not injured. Aid provided by Byron Fire Department.

Sterling Police

Logan T. Staples, 20, of Sterling; 4:15 p.m. Wednesday at Lynn Boulevard and 12th Avenue; no seat belt; posted driver’s license.

Ruben Gonzalez-Cruz, 41, of Rock Falls; 11:03 a.m. Wednesday in the 1200 block of West Fourth Street; unlawful possession of a fraudulent identification card; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Christy J. Gusloff, 42, of Polo; 3:33 p.m. Wednesday at First Avenue and LeFevre Road; failure to yield at an intersection; posted driver’s license.
