Jeffrey J. Anderson, 41, of Rockford; 4:53 a.m. Tuesday at Locust Street and East Lynn Boulevard; speeding; posted driver’s license.
Jacob D. Robnett, 19, of Texas; 12:20 p.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of Avenue L; Whiteside County warrant – failure to appear – delivery of cannabis, criminal trespass to residence, domestic battery, endangering the life of a child; taken to Whiteside County Jail.
James A. Wood, 18, of Sterling; Wednesday at West Lynn Boulevard and Avenue E; failure to yield at a stop intersection after striking a vehicle driven by Cindy L. Robnett, 53, of Sterling. Robnett was taken to CGH Medical Center by CGH Ambulance, where she was treated and released. Wood posted his driver’s license.
Jessica Davila, 24, of Rock Falls; 12:03 a.m. Tuesday; driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, license plate suspended for no insurance, speeding; given notice to appear in court.

Hatten, 33, of Dixon; 10:51 p.m. Sunday at Ninth Avenue, south of Science Ridge Road, Whiteside County; driving under the influence, illegal transportation of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, disobeying a stop sign; posted $100 and driver’s license. Arrested at the same time was Noe T. Hernandez, 31, of Sterling; illegal transportation of alcohol, Henry County warrant; posted $300 and driver’s license.
