SAVANNA – State Sen. Mike Jacobs, D-East Moline, is holding a meet-and-greet from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at Java Hut, 734 Viaduct Road.
Refreshments will be served.
Jacobs faces Republican Bill Albracht of Moline in the Nov. 6 battle for the 36th District, which includes parts of Whiteside, Carroll, Rock Island and Henry counties.
