Habitat for Humanity requests rezoning in Dixon
DIXON – As Dixon’s Habitat for Humanity wraps up construction on the latest house on Cropsey Avenue, it’s looking to move to a new plot between Jackson and College avenues.
The nonprofit went to the Plan Commission Thursday evening with a variety of petitions related to the vacant plot, all of which were approved unanimously with no objection voiced by any residents.
The commission’s recommendation now goes to the City Council for final approval.
