ROCK FALLS – Gary L. Allen, 58, of Rock Falls, died Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012, at his home.
Born Dec. 29, 1953, in Sterling, he was a son of Carl and Crystal (Martin) Allen.
Surviving are two sons, Erik Allen of New York, N.Y., and Jesse (Misty) Allen of San Antonio; a brother, William Allen of Wheat Ridge, Colo.; a stepbrother, Ronald (Jan) Graham of Hyattsville, Md.; and two grandchildren, Aiden Lee and Kamryn Marie Allen.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his stepfather, Jim Graham; a brother, Steven Allen; and two stepbrothers, Jim “Punk” Graham and Robert Graham.
Gary was a diehard Chicago White Sox fan and an avid Green Bay Packers fan. He also enjoyed golfing.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Coloma Township Cemetery.
