SAVANNA – The annual Northwest Illinois Ducks Unlimited Chapter banquet and fundraiser will be Saturday at the House of Events, 108 Main St.

Doors open at 5 and dinner will be served at 7 p.m. This year marks the 40th anniversary of the local chapter and the 75th anniversary of Ducks Unlimited.

Live and silent auction items will be available. The 75th Anniversary Ducks Unlimited gun is a Browning Maxus 12 gauge shotgun. Other guns, decoys, prints and works of art will be auctioned. A 10-week-old male black Labrador retriever puppy from Barn Ridge Kennels in Geneseo will be part of the live auction.

Tickets are $50 or $70 for couples, and include dinner and a Ducks Unlimited membership. Greenwings – children 17 and younger – can get dinner, a magazine subscription and membership for $25. DU members from other chapters can eat for $15.

Sponsorships are available for $270, which includes an unframed print and two dinners. Chapter sponsorships are $350, including the dinners, a framed print and a chance for the “pick of the auction” raffle.
