Adan Ortiz is a young man of 21 who trains in boxing and whose career is commendably driven by his longtime trainer, Alfredo Silva.

On Sept. 8, Adan participated in a boxing event in Davenport, Iowa, and as usual, entered the ring with the trademark confidence characteristic of him. He’s well aware his rigorous training keeps him prepared for any opponent he might confront in the ring. In this event, it took only two rounds to get the victory by knocking out his opponent.  

This was his fourth victory as a professional boxer; the previous three matches he won in the first round by knockouts.
