Article:	Vote Padilla for county recorder I have known Joan Padilla for many years in a professional capacity, as we both have served on the Sauk Valley Community College Board of Trustees. In this capacity, Joan served the public without compensation, and her only reward was in helping students achieve their dreams in academics and job training, all while serving the local taxpayers and their contributions to higher education.
