Insurer receives state recognition
STERLING – COUNTRY Financial posted the lowest complaint ratio among Illinois auto, home and life insurers in 2011.
The state Department of Insurance announced the finding in a recent report. COUNTRY also had the lowest complaint ratio among 29 companies for the second straight year. Visit insurance.illinois.gov/Complaints/complaintRatioLinks11asp for more about the report.
