No one wants out of historic Morrison district – so far
Preservation rules long a controversy
MORRISON – Earlier this year, Morrison decided to give property owners until Dec. 31 to apply to opt out of the city’s controversial historic district.
So far, the city has received no applications.
Any requests would go to the city’s Historic Preservation Commission, which would make recommendations. The council has the final say.
