DIXON – Chili and music this weekend will benefit Second Saturdays Art Happenings.

The seventh annual ChiliFest benefit for the monthly Dixon event will be from 5 to 10 p.m. Saturday at Distinctive Gardens, 2020 Lowell Park Road.

Chili tasting begins at 5 p.m., with awards at 8:45 p.m. Bring your own cooler, chair or blanket. Admission is a donation of at least $3.

This year’s music will be a “Step In Jam Session” featuring area musicians, who are welcome to bring their instruments.

Tim Drane’s colorful artwork will be on display throughout the grounds.
