Charges filed in Cyrus trespassing
LOS ANGELES (AP) – Los Angeles prosecutors have charged a man with trespassing after his weekend arrest at the home of actress-singer Miley Cyrus.
A city attorney’s spokesman says Jason Luis Rivera was charged Monday with two counts of trespassing and one count of resisting arrest.
River was arrested early Saturday after police say he attempted to force himself into Cyrus’ home. Police said, at the time, he was carrying a pair of scissors and claimed to be a friend of Cyrus.
