Sex offender faces new charges
Apparent victim 13; another 11-year-old girl watched, police said
AMBOY – A 19-year-old sex offender charged with tattooing two underaged girls last month now is accused of sexually abusing a 13-year-old.
New charges against Christopher S. Brown are three counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and one count of sexual exploitation of a child. Bond was set at $100,000.
Brown, already in Lee County Jail on $50,000 bond, has a court appearance this afternoon.
