Twenty-three people were arrested for unlawful consumption of alcohol as minors at underage party in rural Erie: Cody J. Clark, 19, Brennin J. Mask, 19, Alexander C. Garrison, 18, Alec S. Thruman, 18, two boys and one girl, 17, and one girl, 15, all of Erie; Jacob D. Engelkens, 20, of Morrison; Tommy J. Engelkens, 19, of Albany; a 17-year-old girl, of Lyndon; Justin R. Noel, 20, Brandon D. Johnson, 18, both of East Moline; Aric D. Brokaw, 18, and a 17-year-old girl, both of Silvis; Ricky D. Riley, 20, of Rapid City; Ethan G. Horst, 20, and Michael R. McNaught, 19, both of Hillsdale; Austin J. Ortiz, 18, of Port Byron; a 16-year-old girl of Clinton, Iowa; and Kyle L. Zimmer, 18, Joshua T.W. Priest, 18, and a 17-year-old boy, all of Moline.
