As an associate member in good standing and bingo worker of the Latin American Social Club, I truly can see how this city’s administration is harassing and putting a financial burden on the club with false accusations, forcing the club to spend funds to defend itself.

The mayor’s and police chief’s insistence that the chairman of the board resign, is a clear indication they are doing someone else’s bidding, and we can only guess who. But the vast majority of the membership stands behind and supports the chairman of the board.

Truly, this city government should have something better to do than get involved with the Latin American Social Club’s political affairs.
