School board: Sales tax money would go to multipurpose facility
DIXON – When Lee County voters go to the polls this November, Woody Lenox said he hopes they vote yes on the 1 percent sales tax.
But, the Dixon School Board member said, he doesn't want that money to go toward a multipurpose facility.
Lenox was the sole no vote on a nonbinding resolution that promises to do just that.
