Business notebook: Red Apple to reopen next week
STERLING – Red Apple Restaurant, 2511 Locust St., closed by a fire on May 24, likely will reopen sometime next week, Monday or Wednesday, owner Benny Bajrami said.
“We have a little more work to do,” he said. “We have to go through inspectors.”
Hours will remain from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
