Advice for city council: Give back to people
Let’s see the Dixon mayor’s chain of events.
First, retire the debt. You at the city council got us the debt by not doing your jobs. You all should pay for it.
Second, do something for the residents, citizens and community so some of the benefits are passed on (should be majority).
