CHANDLER, Ariz. – Ronald E. Whitebread, 65, of Chandler, Ariz. passed away Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012, at the Veterans Affairs hospital in Phoenix. He worked in sales all his life.

He was born Feb. 14, 1947, in Sterling, to Edward and Helene (Rice) Whitebread. He was a graduate of Newman Central Catholic High School in Sterling and St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa.

He is survived by his two daughters, Renae M. (Steven) Murphy of Youngstown, Ohio, and Carissa R. Whitebread of Chandler; a son, Christopher Whitebread of Fallon, Nev.; a sister, Carolyn Plautz of Omaha, Neb.; and four grandchildren.
