Romney not the candidate of family values
Yankee Doodle Mitt went to London, but not to ride his pony, nay, not even to watch it dance, claiming ignorance of which day horse ballet was even scheduled. Really, Mitt?
It just demonstrates that Mitt will say anything, tell any lie, and do whatever he thinks necessary to help elect him president. Afraid of appearing too patrician, Mitt can't afford to do his husbandly duty and accompany his ill wife to the horse ballet, supporting her and sharing her moment of Olympic glory, as she did for him a decade ago. And this is the candidate of family values?
Bad enough he insulted the Mother Country's Olympic preparations. He then had to desert his wife and throw her under the double-decker, for fear of appearing to be what he is, filthy rich. Why can't Mitt be comfortable in his own skin and embrace who he is? Better yet, why can't Mitt tell the truth?
