NL Buckner, 37, no permanent address; Sunday in the 1800 block of South Galena Avenue; Rockford warrant – failure to appear – possession of a controlled substance; taken to Lee County Jail. Also arrested was Amy L. Buckner, 40, no permanent address; Lee County warrant – failure to appear – retail theft; taken to Lee County Jail.
Vyron M. Evans, 36, of Dixon; Sunday in the 200 block of Madison Avenue; domestic battery, possession of drug paraphernalia; taken to Lee County Jail.
