This letter is to thank the generous people of the area for their wonderful support of Twice-Sold Tales, the Friends of the Lanark Public Library's gently used bookstore in downtown Lanark.

Because of your patronage, we were able to present the Lanark Public Library with a check representing $5,000 worth of sales during Old Settlers Days in June. We also appreciate the overwhelming assistance we have received in the form of massive donations in all categories of books. Your contributions will help us furnish and equip the new library facility and support the library's programs.

To show our gratitude for the tremendous support we have received, we offer our customers a chance to buy one book and get a second one for free during August. (Créme de la Créme and Lanark Sesquicentennial books are excluded.)
