AMBOY – Farm producers have until Dec. 3 to turn in ballots for Farm Service Agency county committees.

Ballots must be turned in to county FSA offices. Local Administrative Area 3, including Lee County, will have an election to elect a member to the County FSA Committee for a 3-year term. Producers on the ballot this year are Bob Cheeseman of Ashton Township, running for a second 3-year term, and Ray Henkel of Brooklyn Township.

Emergency loans for the state's diaster declaration still are available to prodcuers with production losses. Visit www.fsa.usda.gov for more information.
