Panel wants to find money before OK'ing boat dock in Dixon
Project will cost about $155,000 with kayak chute
DIXON – Where will the money come from?
That’s the question the Riverfront Commission asked itself Tuesday night, as members discussed funding a $153,000 boat dock at Heritage Square.
“Either you’ve got to earn it or you’ve got to borrow it,” Commissioner John Varga said. “And if you’re going to borrow it, you have to pay it back.”
