MOUNT CARROLL – A free “Fit Wits” memory preservation class will be offered at the Carroll County Senior Center, 306 N. Main St.

Sessions will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Aug. 22, Sept. 26 and Oct. 24. Janice McCoy, a family life educator with University of Illinois Extension, will discuss topics including physical activity, eating well, sleep, social connections, stress reduction and lifelong learning.
