I have been very lucky to have met catfishermen all across the Midwest, the East and the Deep South.

I have been involved in many a debate, and one could even say many a disagreement. Whether it be over tactics or rigs, or which fish is more powerful, opinions vary. Of course, the great people of northern Illinois are no different when it comes to their opinions.

Man, nothing sparks a firestorm at a seminar quite like telling locals there are no blue cats in the Rock River. For years, that single topic has fueled more arguments at seminars than any other by far.
