OSHA looks at death of IFH worker; 23-year-old a 2007 SHS grad
ROCK FALLS – The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the death of a 23-year-old IFH worker crushed under steel sheets Friday afternoon.
Cody J. Bragg, of Sterling, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Preliminary reports show that Bragg was operating a forklift, got out of the cab and then was trapped under “several thousand pounds” of steel sheets, Whiteside County Coroner Joe McDonald said in an email.
