RENO, Nev. – Lee Michael Sandoval, 38, of Reno, Nev., formerly of Sterling, died Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at his home of kidney cancer. He was a conductor engineer for Union Pacific Railroad for 8 years.

He was born May 28, 1974, in Sterling. He served as a Marine from 1993 to 1997. He married Andrea Yriate.

Survivors include his parents, Elsa (Steve) Osborn; one brother, Dallas Ellis of Sterling; one sister, Samantha Lopez of Louisville, Ky.; one stepsister, Stephanie (Casey) Valladares of Savanna; four children, Chazz, Cameron, Christian and Collin Sandoval; two stepchildren, Trinity and Andrew; three nieces; and two stepnieces.
